Dakota Labs Ltd keeps the details you give us when you buy a square: your business name, website, logo and email. We use them to show your square, take payments, and send receipts and renewal reminders.

If you send a business a message using “Send an enquiry”, we keep your name, email, phone number (if given) and message, and pass them to that business so they can reply. We also keep a scrambled version of your internet address for a short time to stop spam. We don't use these details for anything else.

Payments are handled by our payment providers. We don't see or store your bank login details.
